The story of our academy
Mission: Promote social development through sport, recognizing the unique relationship we have with our families, supporters, and the community around us.
Philosophy: Through our pillars of education, equity and inclusion, environment, and health, we aim to build meaningful connections and create a stronger, more supportive environment.

Who we are
A culture of ambition
We create a high-level development environment where athletes can reach their full potential on and off the field through accessible, demanding training. Player development is shaped by age and ability to strengthen technical, tactical, physical, and mental skills, while also building character and performance in every setting.
We are growing our San Jose community by expanding competitive and developmental pathways alongside strong educational values. We want every Nido San Jose player to have the best place to grow as a person and as a footballer, while learning the game and becoming part of the Club Amรฉrica family.
Values: Passion, discipline, and long-term development.
Leagues Nido San Jose participates in:
San Jose Local Youth Soccer League and community competitions through the Hispanic League in San Jose, California.
How we train
Building complete players
Our sessions are built to improve decision-making, technical precision, confidence on the ball, and the habits players need to perform in matches and keep progressing over time.

Why families choose us
